INTERNET EXPLORER(IE7)- SHORT CUT KEYS

Today most of us using various browsers to get into the internet.The famous Internet Explorer is now came with most special utilities.The version IE7 has many features in it.These are the some of the short cut keys for the IE7.F
F11 - To view the browsing window in full screen and return to the previous mode.
Up arrow-cursor will move to the first line of the website.
Down arrow-cursor will move to the last line of the website.
Home-cursor will move to the starting point of the document.
End-Cursor will move to the end of the document.
F5-Refreshes the current page.
Esc-This will stop the current downloading.
Ctrl+O-opens a new website or a page.
Ctrl+N-opens a new window.
Ctrl+n(num from 0 to 8)-opens the pages of the current document as the respective number has been chosen.
Ctrl+9-opens the last tab.
Ctrl++-Page which is being viewed will be zoomed by 10%.
Ctrl+0(zero)-page will be zoomed upto 90%.
F4-shows the addresses used in the address bar.
Ctrl+I-Opens the favorites box and shows the favorite website addresses.
Ctrl+H-shows the last and recently viewed website address.
Ctrl+D-The current page will be saved as favorite web page .
Ctrl+Tab-Move to the tabs and shows the web page in that tab.
Ctrl+Q-It shows the thumbnails of the viewing websites and if it is again clicked then it will show the thumbnails in the usual mode.
Alt+D-selects the address in the address bar.
Ctrl+Alt+F4-Closes all other tabs except the currently viewing tab.
Ctrl+ scroll bar in mouse- Zooms the current page(forwards) and reduces the zoom(backwards)

TO KEEP ALARM FOR CAPS LOCK KEY

Hi guys .All of us will type some text or passage very fast and also quickly.By the time we type unwantedly we will hit the caps lock key .To avoid that mistake some ways are there .Try to implement these in your computers for safe and fast typing.

1. Go to START -> CONTROL PANEL
2. Double click the ACCESSIBILITY OPTIONS in the control panel window.
3. A window showing list of tabs will be opened.In that choose the SOUND tab
4. Click the USE SOUNDSENTRY check box .

By following the above steps a beep sound will come if you unknowingly pressed the Caps lock button.
You can also set the Monitor to flash when the Caps lock button pressed.

4. Click the USE SOUNDSENTRY check box .
5. Then choose the FLASH ACTIVE WINDOW option from the drop down menu which appears below it.
   

FUNTION KEYS WITH 'ALT' IN MS-WORD

Alt O,B -> To change the Borders and shadings in a paragraph or in a cell.
Alt O,E ->To change the lower case word ti upper case and vice-versa.
Alt O,C ->To open the column format dialog box.
Alt O,D ->To change the first letter of the selected paragraph into capital letter.

MS-WORD TIPS

• To check the spelling of the word that you have typed instantly,Press F7
• For Words that are not to be separated which was typed using hyphen ,Use Ctrl+Shift while you are typing the word.
• When two words are not be separated while typing,Use Ctrl+Shift+Spacebar.
• To go to the start of the window while typing,use Alt+Ctrl+Page Up.
• To go to the End of the window,use Alt+Ctrl+Page down.
